Compensation for missed technician appointment
I reported a fault with my V6 box and got an email setting up an appointment. The technician did not come and, when I got through to Virgin, I was told that no appointment had been made, but there was no explanation for the email booking the appointment. I wasted four hours waiting for the technician. Am I able to get compensation?

PM stands for private message. In other words it will only be visible between you and the VM forum team member (John_GS) and not other forum users
If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox for the PM (private message).
If you are on a mobile/tablet device then click on the little circle icon in the top right and then select 'Messages'.
