My Virgin Media App not showing appointments
The app is not showing appointments. Spoke to an agent who said she would raise the issue with IT. This appears to be an old problem that has not been rectified and affects noth Android and IOS versions

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
If the visit is an engineer visit for a Broadband/TV/Home Phone fault then it will show in the app.
If it's a visit for a relocation/an Omnibox visit or anything like this, it won't. Sorry for any confusion.
