Hello, I am experiencing the same problem for over a month now. I thought it was something temporary but the base light on my Hub 3 is solid red.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with a red light on your Hub. Can I ask if you have tried a pin hole reset? To do this push a pen etc into the reset hole and hold in for 30 seconds, this will cause a full factory reset so if you have changed any details such as the WiFi password at all then this will change to the original but you can reset this afterwards.
