My current downstream power levels are 10db and above. I currently have a 4.5db splitter attached which has brought it down to around 6db.
Is it possible for VM to send me a 10db attenuator or are my current power levels fine and nothing to worry about ?

looks fine to me just your upstream is dropping modulation under 15db is fine for the downstream for the hubs

Apparently some works in my area are taking place, Problem has become worse today.
Still the same problem. How does everything look fine on your end, Are you looking at a brick wall or something ?

It's looked OK since yesterday evening. Upload QAM isn't switching down to 16QAM. Seems stable unless your Engineers are going to fiddle with it again.

Checked VM website and Mobile App. Still says "There's a broaband issue in XXX XXX" and also upcoming events:
