Problems with Virgin media connect app

Hi, I have a hug for the vm. Connect up was connected to it but suddenly lost link and I cannot get it reconnected. Is there anyone who can help

Hi @Unclefester66 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues you are having with the Connect App, If you are in receipt of a new Hub and have had the app connected prior, we advise to remove all data and saved details, log out and remove the app and redownload with any updates and log in and try again, even using the manual application of the hub using your phones camera on the sticker on the Hub.

Thank you for reaching back out, have you tried all advised, did you try clearing Cache and Data and also deleting the app and try installing it on a different device?

I am having the same issue. Followed all

advice on several threads. This is terribly developed APP resulting in poor customer service. I signed up for another 18 months with the expectation of using the APP connect to secure two WiFi boosters. 

The APP never works! I cannot even connect to my Hub 4. I have not got time to diagnose issues when there should be a working product from virgin.

Your Hub 4 just like all the others is been repeatedly corrupted
by the presence of VM Connect app on your mobile phones.

This known issue is covered in dozens of forum posts.

Sadly you don't believe this,
can't grasp this,
don't appear to want to make any progress.

Just remove the VM Connect app. It has never worked reliably, and seems to take a particular dislike to the Hub 4.
