Connection problem
On tv, on screen stating yr virgin tv box isn’t connected to WiFi network, error cs 9995. Reconnect but I haven’t disconnected, happed 4 times now!!!!

I’m getting something similar, guess it must be a virgin problem
Is it getting a strong wifi signal? Was anything else working on the wifi at same time as the dropouts?
Have you tried following the online help for /tv-error-codes/cs9995/start
Which Virgin TV box do you have? V6, TV360 or Stream?
