Well currently, just upgraded to the 1GB Volt Broadband and have been noticing some speed drops even when connecting over ethernet. Not as many as i've had in the past which managed to get sorted but enough that some channels are climbing very high with a big amount of errors.

Does this look healthy at all?

Downstream channels 5, 6, and 33 are struggling with apparent noise and uncorrectable errors. Check all of your cables and connections first of all. If still a problem call it in as a fault on 0345 454 1111/150.

Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

I'll try ringing up and calling it in as a fault, did check the area for local faults but nothing is showing up.
