I have reset the hub and checked all connections around 2 days ago however as you can see still having problems.

Any thoughts?

  • Start looking for another provider, I'm at last resort, 4 engineers and a few months of issues with connection dropouts, customer service will lie and bullsh*to you to keep you quiet, the engineers can only book 1 hour at your property and the standard checked funnily take them 1 hour so they faff around look busy don't fix anything and leave you in the same situation, or you can grit your teeth and prepare for a long headache conversation with the useless call centres

It is a noise fault on the downstream channels, usually due to a damaged coax cable or unterminated cable in a customers home.

If the number of Post RS aka Uncorrectable errors have stopped rising the fault has been fixed.

  • Is this something I can do through this media or do I have to sit through tech support asking me to turn it on and off again before they get stuck with the next step....?
