Hi, I have a new hub5 to replace my hub 4 but I believe I need my old WiFi pods reprovisioned with the new router. Can someone at virgin do this as I can’t get through in the phone.

Thanks for posting about the Pod's since updating your Hub, we appreciate you letting us know via the forums and welcome to the community.

We're happy to help with this, usually the equipment is switched over following a change but sometimes it can need to be done manually. I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to assist. Check the envelope in the top right of the forum when signed in for the message.
