Hello I’ve got two rooms which get no wifi. And one room with limited / poor access. When I use the Connect app to scan, it seems to use my 4g on my phone for the test results! Therefore not showing any speed problems at all in the app!!! The phone is on 4g and not showing any connection to wifi.
If there is a Virgin person there then can you order three pods for me please?

Yes depends on different things but u can also try wifi extenders to
booster-and-wi-fi-pods

Just checking back did u get the issue with wifi sorted or do u need some more help and advice
