Pixelation and red light on hub

I have started getting pixelation on a few tv channels  i have checked all the leads and reset my box but is still happening .

I also have a constant red light on my hub have reset it twice and it is still there the intand wifi  are working all ok 

Any suggestions to solve these problems

I can see you've already spoken to one of my colleagues about your Hub's red light so I'm glad that aspect has been taken care of.

So let's focus on your TV pixilation. 

Is the issue happening on Live TV, On Demand, recordings, Streaming Apps or everything?

If it's only happening on Live TV, are there any specific channels?

Was told by the engineer it was a problem in the areaand it was to do with the transmitter near bristol doesnt seem to be doing it now will keep an eye on it
