Permanent red light on hub3

Hi

please can a virgin member of the team reach out to help . I have a permanent red light on my hub. Multiple reboots and now a factory reset has not resolved the issue.

internet is working right now but have had some issues with wifi over the last few weeks perhaps twice losing the ssid and reverting to using the ssid I have on my wife extenders for working at home.

reading the forum smells of a faulty router . Can someone please reach out to help me get this swapped out . Thanks
