Orders not being processed

Like many others on here, I have upgraded my broadband twice through the app, and on both occasions have received confirmation by email and the renewed contract but then you don’t hear another thing and there is no way to contact anyone. Can somebody please tell me where the orders are going!!!! Also I am stuck with an old hub that surely needs replacing by now.

How long ago? It's 14 days to be processed that method. What is the hub? Anything hub3 to 5 is still valid unless you upgrade to gig1 and on hub3 as that would need uplifting to hub4, more ideally, hub5.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new package. Any online package change can take up to 14 days to be added to your account and putting the order through again may cause further delays in getting your package changed. How long ago was the first order that you put through?
