I have got this advise from the the tech guy of a device of mine. Any idea how to set this up on hub5 please?
If the device still has no connection to the internet you will need to contact your internet service provider. They should assist you in ensuring ports {xxx} and {yyy} of your router are opened. Please also check with them if the DNS settings of your router are set to 8.8.8.8.

Its doubtful you need to open ports they are likely outgoing.
The hub router mode is the problem you should get a better router and put the hub in modem mode
