Odd BQM Spikes

Hi

In the past week or so I've been getting occasional BQM spikes the like of which I haven't seen before. They are short and stubby looking "skyscrapers" like these (ignore the red switch off spikes):

What to make of them? 

Hub stats are (generally) fine these days.

Yes I got one today at about 12:30pm and I have a BQM on VM WAN gateway same thing might be TBB doing network changes

I also had a very similar spike at the same time as the first BQM.  Generally Hub stats are OK and no other spikes.

I do not work for VM. Services: 2 x HD TV (+ Sky Sports, TNT sport), x2 Tivo boxes (WiFi) Hub5 1gb, Talk Weekend Phone on IP.
