Hi i have had no broadband service for last 24 hours or so.
Restarted hub5.
Reset hub5 factory.
Nothing has changed in my house or with weirs etc.
In the box connected to wall normally i get a small green glow but have noticed its red. Restarted that as well full power off at wall for both that and hub 5 but still nothing.
Any thing else i can try i am competent when it comes to networking etc.

Is there's any form of reset for convert bub going from fiber wire to a coax connection to hub5 at all

Well still no luck. Its odd that rfog unit light has also now changed to red as well.
I believe when that is red itnia not receiving an active Internet signal at all
