No Internet again

Tuning in

Yet again no Internet - have reset hub twice and after 10 minutes I still got flashing green arrows. Had a visit from EE/BTW rep a couple of days ago offering a competitive package for less than vm including a buyout of my vm contract. Wish I'd taken up offer - maybe I still will. Be happier to pay more for a reliable service than garbage vm currently provides

Sorry to hear you're having service issues at this time. Checking the systems at our side there was a known issue affecting services on 14 June, this was resolved on the day and cannot see any further issues identified. 

There are also no issues we can see with the hub itself and specifications are all looking good. Are you still experiencing any issues as of today with your services?
