I have the Sagemcom Hub 5X and unfortunately the white fiber optic cable between the internal box and the hub has been damaged. This isn't the coax cable which seems to be the only one that I'm being offered when calling customer services. This is the thing white fiber cable with the green ends. I don't seem to be able to find the same cable elsewhere and I feel if I organise the £25 call out, dll they are going to send out with the engineer is the coax cable. Anyone that had a similar situation help would be appreciated.

Just get your own (Check the connector types are correct on the old cable):

The engineer that turns up should be able to sort it.
