New build home with duct in place

Hi

I moved on 6 December 2024 and was told by the builders of the new build site that the duct is in place we just need cables putting in. 

When we call we keep getting transferred to different teams and then get told to keep waiting. 

A bit frustrating when we want to join virgin.

Hi

I have called a few times and noone seems to be able to assist me. I moved on 6 December and when I call Virgin I keep getting told to wait. Even though the house opposite us has Virgin. Also been told by the builder the ducting is in place already.

Having the ducts put in by the builder is a necessary start. But Virginmedia will have their own plans as to when they can put in the cables and more importantly the networking equipment in the main road and further afield.

There's no guarantee that will happen immediately. Have you called VM Sales on 0800 183 1234?
