These are photos of the Fibre which UPP fitted into Horncastle then virgin media took over them and there customers the Fibre UPP box is opposite our new bungalow which is the darker brick on in last photo the grey bungalow is a virgin fibre customer.
I have found the person who used to work with UPP and fitted the fibre system in this street in Horncastle and he says that there should be no difficulty to have it fitted into our new address.
I have spoken to the house move of your company for many times they are waiting for an engineer to do a dry past the new bungalow but nothing over the last 4 weeks.
The service is such a brilliant fibre internet we have in our property and I don’t want to lose this service and I seem to be getting now where I want to have it installed into the new property.
Thanks for reading any suggestions or help needed as I have to have fibre fitted before we move in the new bungalow

I will give them a ring but i have spoken to the moving team for weeks and no luck would I be better to have a case manger.
