We’d like to move our Virgin wall socket so that we can move our TV and router to another part of the lounge (in the long run, using a long cable will be an eyesore). How do we go about this? Have tried to ask via chat a couple of times but the wait times have always gone past the working hours of the customer support team so no joy there.

There will be a £25 fee to move it.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I would also like to move a TV wall socket. I cannot get through to Customer Service, it's impossible! This forum is my last resort.
