Our Virgin contract ends on November 26th 2024. I have broadband only.
We are going overseas on October 30th 2024
When can I give notice so I can post the equipment back.
If equipment isn't posted back, what is the charge?

You have to give VM 30 days notice to cancel.
Equipment charges below (at the bottom of the page)

You may wish to consider wrapping up all of your dealings with VM before you depart.

Doesn't say how much the charges are.
I rang them yesterday and spoke to a very helpful advisor. They are sending me a box out early, so I can cancel 4 weeks before we go and post modem back the morning we travel
