Moving Router Upstairs to Downstairs

PaulK60
Joining in

Good Morning

Like a few other posts I need to move my Hub3 router from upstairs to downstairs to improve signal quality and speed.

I have tried the suggestions by calling 150, but after endless waiting I am still no closer to booking a no fault visit to move hub. Not a problem to pay the £25 no fault charge.

Can someone from Virgin PM so I can make the arrangements

Thanks for info on forum

Paul K

For us it is important to have good internet access both upstairs and downstairs.
Consider  extending your Wi-Fi network with a Mesh / Repeater / Wireless Access Point.

We're sorry to hear you've been having some issues arrange for your hub to be moved. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space.
