Moving Router Upstairs to Downstairs

PaulK60
Joining in

Good Morning

Like a few other posts I need to move my Hub3 router from upstairs to downstairs to improve signal quality and speed.

I have tried the suggestions by calling 150, but after endless waiting I am still no closer to booking a no fault visit to move hub. Not a problem to pay the £25 no fault charge.

Can someone from Virgin PM so I can make the arrangements

Thanks for info on forum

Paul K

For us it is important to have good internet access both upstairs and downstairs.
Consider  extending your Wi-Fi network with a Mesh / Repeater / Wireless Access Point.
