Moving Modem

Hi,

We have two virgin media connections in our house. One in the living room which does the TV, and the other in the main bedroom for broadband. I'd like to move the broadband modem to the living room - so use a splitter to connect to the broadband modem and TV. Is this possible? Various photos below. Thanks Simon

Yes, possible. The external omnibox will contain a splitter. This needs to be removed and replaced with a F to F connector to the downstairs cable. The splitter is then put in the dowstairs room with the TV and Hub connected to it. VM will charge you £25 to do the work.

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2
