I've seen many people ask about how to book an engineer in, to move the route (cable from outside into a new area of the house).
I tried calling and once through to the right section not pressing any options, that just kept ending the call on me.
Is this the official place to ask and then wait for support to pick it up?

Yes, just wait a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up. Standard £25 fee for non fault call-out should apply.
