Hi all,
A few weeks back I had an international Zoom call with someone. The call was ok but my camera kept cutting out. I've been using this camera (logi) for a while now and never had any problems with it. I kept getting an error message saying my connection wasn't stable. Is there anyway my bandwidth can be increased?
Thanks and kind regards
Katherine

See if you have problem when hub is in modem mode

Avoid being drawn into a more costly service to fix a problem that is most likely not yours to solve.
All of the VM internet services are far more than plenty for a Zoom call. From time to time we also see the bandwidth warning and it can nothing to do with your well tested a proven logi camera or internet connection.
If you have more than 5Mb/s Up and Down you are good to go for a multi party Zoom call.
Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.
The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.

I would always connect ant Zoom/Meetings call on a device connected directly to the Hub on a good Cat6a ethernet cable.
Try that - if it works - always do it !
You can always disconnect the cable and revert to wifi when the important call is over.

Hi @khls15995
Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about the issue with your bandwidth
Are you able to advise on the above questions / tips our community have provided? How does the speed test when using the SamKnows link above?

Sorry not to response sooner. I think I'll leave it for now as I haven't had any problems recently. Thank you.
