Low bandwidth

Hi all, A few weeks back I had an international Zoom call with someone.  The call was ok but my camera kept cutting out.  I've been using this camera (logi) for a while now and never had any problem...

Are you able to advise on the above questions / tips our community have provided? How does the speed test when using the SamKnows link above?

    Sorry not to response sooner.  I think I'll leave it for now as I haven't had any problems recently.  Thank you.
