Nope, using the supplied Hub5
Do you maybe have a device on your network that is sheduled to do something? Just to rule out your own network, before digging into the outer world.

I only have my phone and my PC on the network and neither run anything scheduled at those times. It's likely just some VM funkiness

It might something electrical that isn't connected to your broadband which is causing interference such as a heating timer that's scheduled to kick in every 12 hours.

I have looked into this and cannot see anything in the local area or with your individual connection that maybe causing this. Are you able to setup a broadband quality monitor using the link here and share the results here on the Community Forums this will help us to determine any faults.
