We have a Hub 4 and it doesn't seem to be pulling its weight lately. I've been getting dropped connections while browsing and downloading on the web and major rubber banding in online gaming. Here is my BQM for today.
Two days ago I called 150 to get help with all this and was offered a Wi-Fi Pod. It's arriving in the next two weeks.
After making the call, we got an automated fix text ("Something's not quite right with your connection.") followed by an email notifying us about an overnight fix (that apparently wasn't a fix).
Getting a free Pod is fine but the issue affects my wired devices just as much as the wireless ones so I hope someone from VM can help here.

Never mind. Issue seems to have resolved itself while I did some cutting out of processes on my home server and swapped some of my mesh equipment round. In the process the Hub got itself a new IP address in modem mode. I’m not running router mode any longer than necessary. My eero setup is keeping the bufferbloat at bay as it had been doing.
Very much doubt the Pod will be of use to me and will just live in a cupboard.

Could be caused by you or a device doing a download or upload as VM hubs love to Bufferbloat.

I will turn off all but my main devices for further testing. Thanks for the tip.

Sorry, ignore BQM chart in first post. Hub 4 already gave me a new IP address.

Sorry again, iCloud Private Relay made me think there was a new IP but there wasn’t. Chart in first post is accurate.
