Last week I renewed my contract with Virgin and now have 350mbs Volt broadband (increased from I think 125mbs). On my phone over wifi I am getting consistently over 300mbs, however my personal laptop on Windows 11 is getting between 5-15mbs and my work laptop around 100mbs. Please can anyone help work out why this is? They are in exactly the same place as they always have been yet since the 'upgrade', the speed has massively reduced. I have checked on my own laptop for any required network driver updates and they all say they are using the best available.

Is that on wifi connections ?
What do you get on devices connected on ethernet cables ?
