Issue Broadband Red flashing - No Connection in any of my devices

Hi

my Hub is showing constant red power light. I've checked it out re suggestions on here, tried restart twice and reset but this has made no difference. It is not hot to touch. 

Please can someone advise what to do next. Do I need a replacement hub?

Is this just a flashing red light, does it ever go soild?

Has the light changed any other colour in the last 48 hours?
