Hi,
My internet drops out multiple times an hour everyday, and has been doing this most days since install. We've had engineers out two times in the past, and the issue hasn't seem to get better.
Can anyone help at all? Below are images from my "Network Log", "Downstream", and "Upstream".
Really want this issue fixed as it's making the internet unbearable, online gaming is impossible, and the constant disconnects make even watching streaming services impossible.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the connection dropping.
I've had a look and I can see there was a blip on the network which is what is contributing.
These usually last 24 hours and the system will rectify itself.
Please let us know if this continues and we can escalate the matter. 🧾

I assume you have a hub 5?
I had the same problem, 3 engineer visits, all connections changed inside and out, a hub change and was still getting disconnects. I cured the problem by putting the router into modem only mode. Not had a disconnect since.
