I keep losing connection to a music streamer which is connected by ethernet to my Hub3. Same thing happens when i try wifi. It's not the streamer as I tried a different one with the same result.
An engineer was here a few weeks ago to relocate a Virgin V6 box. I think my disconnections started round about then.

Never doubt the fault can be with your own kit or cables. Try a different network switch & confirm all is well.
Hub 3 Wi-Fi disconnections can be resolved by manually setting the channel numbers on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. With Auto channels enabled, each random shift of channel results in a dropout of a few of seconds.

Sorry to hear you've been having some connection issues, we can see you've been able to get in touch and regarding this. We've had a look at this and we still identify there is an issue, but it is still within the 24 hour monitoring period.
Please give this 24 hours and report back if you have any further issues.
