Internet drops randomly

For the last few months, I think since getting my Hub 5, I've been finding that my internet drops out a couple of times a day. This isn't at the same time, just random times. Some programs manage to stay connected but some say I have no connection, as though my speed is so slow that it isn't registering. This last for sometimes 30 seconds or sometimes up to a few minutes.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some connection issues. I've had a look at things from our side and it looks like we're aware of an area SNR issue.

The estimated fix date/ time for this is 22 AUG 2024 14:50, if you're still having problems after this date please let us know.
