Docsis shows fine must be routing beyond the gateway
do a ping -n 200 to the WAN gateway (not your WAN IP or LAN gateway) or just ping 194.168.4.100
you in router mode or modem mode?

Your DOCSIS 3.1 upstream channel looks 'noisy' (QAM value should be 256):
Channel Channel Width (MHz) Power (dBmV) FFT Type Modulation
6 | 10.0 | 37.5 | 2K | QAM32 |

I have been having the same problem since December 2023. Complaint lodged, but no action taken, except to blame me for putting it in Modem mode.
(which was in fact their recommendation)
I recently replaced my router to eliminate it as a possible cause, but problems persist. (Graph is from last night)
I'm convinced that they have taken on more customers than their aging cable network can support.
