I have had this issue since February of this year. I have spoken to faults team, customer services and have been dealing with Alex Martin in the forum to try and get this issue fixed. 4 engineer visits and still have same issue . The last engineer did say that the issue could be with the router itself. The engineer who came last Thursday made some adjustments to the main cable box in the street and things were working fine but yesterday issue has returned. The engineer said to monitor and let him and Alex know if issue recurs as it could be the router itself. I have informed the engineer and messaged Alex but no one is coming back to me. Can someone please help.
