Intermittent WIFI and Connection
Hello,
Ive been with Virgin for 2 weeks now. On a 250mb deal. I have the Hub 3.
Symptoms - My connection to the hub is intermittent, and often drops out completely. When i am connected, i get wildly different speeds on Wifi, from just a few kbps up to 250mbps - this variance can be seen within seconds and minutes of each test.
I am approx 7 meters from the router, with an almost clear line of site to the it. I have around 5/6 devices connected to it, all experiancing the same issue. All devices are up to date, patched, with latest firmware and NIC software. While i dot expect 100% bandwith, i domn expect a level which allows me to at least stay connected to teams calls and not revert to hotspotting from my phone.
I called VM on Friday and i was informed there was a fault in my area, but i don't believe this as over ethernet, the connection was stable (at least during my limited testing). I think the wifi issues relate to the HUB 3 router. Its been reset multiple times, and "checks" ran on it by VM.
Please can i get some assistance ?
