I'm not a customer, but I have neighbors exposed and unprotected cable running over my front garden.

The cable has already been damaged when I was mowing my grass. only a matter of time before its damaged again. As you can see from the images its not buried below ground at all.

Also I was never asked if this cable could be routed over my garden. Kindly have this cable removed from my garden.

If its not done in two weeks just do as I said a month ago and remove it all yourself.
