Hi
I have a hub5 which works great with all my personal devices. However, it is very temperamental with my works system especially Cisco AnyConnect. It can take multiple tries to log in and then often disconnects after a few minutes.
Does anyone know of a solution please?

I’ve turned off Child safe mode and everything appears to be working fine

I have exactly the same issue. @Gwildman, do you turn off the Child Safe mode? Is that on the Virgin Router? Many thanks

"Child Safe" does block VPNs, turn it off in your Virgin Media online account.
