May I check if it is safe when my internet hub is rattling, sound like something has become lose inside.

If the pieces are conductive/metal then it’s definitely not safe. If they’re plastic pieces it could become dangerous in future if more things become dislodged.
This is why I’m not a fan of second hand goods, especially electrical ones. You just never know what’s happened to it!
I had the same issue couple years ago. VM re-sells old and potentially dangerous goods as “new”. They sent me a “new” Hub3 yet it was a dangerously old device which had metal parts rattling around inside. Turned out the heatsink had blown right off with a previous customer, and then they sent it to me, without even checking.
VM needs to stop sending out old goods before something really bad happens.
