Hi. After a temporary power cut when the power has been restored the wifi is working, but non of the devices connected to the Ethernet are working. My tv box doesn’t even acknowledge the Ethernet cable is connected
help!

Try a pin-hole reset of the hub. If that fails you will have to contact customer services as a fault.

I'm sorry to hear that your ethernet ports seem to be faulty following a power cut. As Tudor advised, the first thing to try would be a factory reset of the Hub. If you've tried this and you're still having issues, please let us know from here. I'll be happy to arrange a home engineer visit.
