Hub 5 invisible to Virgin Connect

Unable to connect to the hub using 192.168.0.1. Have tried going going in to Incognito mode, results is as before.

Keep getting this screen:

Done the usual switch off, turn back on again - no joy.

Every thing does appear to be working.  Any ideas to resolve this annoying matter will be appreciated.

Is the Hub in modem mode by any chance?  If so use  http://192.168.100.1/

If not, rather than using wifi, try it on a computer/laptop connected to the Hub directly on an ethernet cable

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

If in Router mode ( Wi-Fi is enabled ) using a browser the our hub is at : http://192.168.0.1/
