Hub 5 has forgotten my password

Hub 5 has forgotten my password; it dosn't accept the factory default password either. Is there any alternative to a factory reset?

I don't know for how long this might have been so but, just in case it's relevant, I have just (two days ago) switched the phones to VOIP.

Hubs can have up to 3 Wi-Fi passwords plus a Hub menu password.

Which password has stopped working ?

Hub menu password. WiFi is a non-issue.

There is no way to recover a forgotten password.  You will need to factory reset the Hub using the 60 second pinhole reset.  The admin password is on the bottom of the Hub.

Thank you.

Hi jaberwok,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you were having issues accessing the hub. As mentioned by Adduxi, there isn't a way to recover a forgotten password so the reset would be needed. Make sure when doing it, it is a timed 60 seconds to ensure the hub does fully reset.

If you have any further issues, pop back to us here in the Community.

Many thanks,
