Hub 5 flashing blue

We got are Hub5 router installed by an engineer on Saturday, didn't work for around 9 hours, eventually came on after numerous calls stating it wasn't activated. 1 hour later of glorious WiFi and then the internet drops out and the hub starts flashing blue, despite the WPS button not being pressed. We tried turning on and off and doing a pinhole rest to no avail. Overnight it came back on and the whole of Sunday it was great. Now have woken up Monday to the box flashing blue once again and no internet. Any ideas on how to fix as having difficulty getting any help.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your Hub and your connection. I have checked and cannot see any issues on our side that may be causing this! 

Can I ask how things are looking since your last post?
