Hub 5 and VM app

Anyone got any tips how to improve the hub 5 and app experience!

it constantly will loose conection with app and show error msg, i struggle to to turn off internet devices via the app often needing me to delete the app and reinstall

Wi-Fi Pausing and Child Safe are very simple to evade,
on current mobiles and laptops the tools to do this are often enabled by default.

I seriously suggest focus on when and what is acceptable use of mobiles / game consoles etc,
I'd hate to read a school report that say Johnny and / or Harriot are far too absorbed in social media to
pay attention in Maths / English / French classes.

Can you advise please what software you are on for the app, and are you referring to the Connect App?

Have you also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
