Hub 5 On A Constant Update (Flashing Green)

Woke up this morning to a red flashing light, did the usual unplug and rest. Went from flashing red to flashing green. Which is it updating right? Left it for 30mins, then did a reset with the button underneath. Still flashing green, no broadband issues in my area. Any suggestions? How long can the updates take. I've now got an engineer coming tomorrow morning.

Is it still happening?  When it does try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
