Hub 3 flashing green lightbar

Gas man has just been, did the electric check, turning electric off and on. Since then the hub has flashing green light and nothing else. Tried restart a few times but still the same. Now without broadband.

Sorry to hear of the recent issues with the broadband services, after the visit of a gas man.

Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing, or has since been resolved?

It may be a long shot, but have you possibly checked our Service Status Checker or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 to see if any outages are currently present?
