I am rearranging the room where the Hub 3 is and wondered if Virgin Media offer extension cables.
I tried talking to the chat option but this just ask d a load of questions that had no relevance.
Any help would be appreciated.

VM will supply a 3m (max) pre-made cable. Is that enough for you?
If not then you will need a Tech visit to make up a longer one and test and rebalance all power levels etc - there is a £25 charge for that.

3m would be enough. Is it a case of phoning them or can you request it online?

A VM Person should arrive in due course and sort it for you - until then You can text VM on 0753 305 1809 include account name/number and what the issue is, there is also a “Chat” option on their website - but note that replies usually take longer. Or you can speak to the team on WhatsApp by logging into your online account via a mobile handset and there will be a link to speak to VM by Whats App (the number is 0780 3089 684 ) - you can use the same number for their other social media platforms too (TwitX/Fbook. etc) - so try them all.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
We can arrange for an extension cable to be sent out from here. The lengths are either 5m. 10m or 15m. I'm guessing 5m would be ideal for you.
If you still need one sending out, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security first.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
