Hub 3.0 gone down, no service issue in area

Hello,

About an hour ago lost connection on my very thing, decided to reset router and since then it hasn’t connected to anything. It just has two arrows that flash green, then flash red and repeats over and over. Tried common troubleshooting of removing everything turning off and re plugging but nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated

When a major fault first occurs it can take time for the outage to become a current fault with progress info and an estimate for services being restored. So keep checking.

Ask the folks next door if their VM service is also down.

You may be able to tell if you look at the Wi-Fi network that can be seen on your mobile or laptop there are usually several VMxxxxxxx networks close by, if they have all vanished that suggests the outage is more than just your connection.
