Not been able to access ntlworld mail address the last couple of days - tried various browsers, all either server unreachable / server stopped responding/ timed out messages. Hope someone can help ! Thanks
On my mobile can get access using mobile data, switch off WiFi. No access on PC though.
saw on here someone was able to access email using mobile network rather than wifi - same ! as soon as I went back on wifi, got the timeout message. I know 123 webmail had similar issues a couple of days ago . any ideas on resolving this ? thanks

There is something about ntl world being removed
don;t think this is related, can access on my phone with wifi off, but not via usual network ( and an alternative network just took me round in circles when I tried to log in ! )

Sorry to hear of the email issues experienced, we appreciate the confusion this has caused and you raising this via the forums.
There were some noted issues with email over the weekend which we have now been advised have been resolved. Let us know if the issues have continued for you from midday today.

Just to add some input into this, on my end the issue is not resolved.
I can only access virgin media email if connected through Mobile data via any means
So if I go to https://mail.virginmedia.com/ using my mobile data on my phone it loads normally
OR if I connect to the Internet via my PC etc by using mobile data via Hotspot on my phone, everything functions as normal. So if my PC is connected to my mobile's hotspot via phone data, outlook, https://mail.virginmedia.com/ etc loads normally.
However if I attempt to connect to https://mail.virginmedia.com/ via my wireless network either on my phone or on my PC etc. it does not work at all.
So it's a very strange scenario indeed.
